At Cannabis Citizen Science, LLC we are committed to empowering individuals to share their cannabis experiences through citizen-science focused education and research methodologies. Dr. Marion E. McNabb, CEO of CCS, LLC brings 25 years of expertise in public health and ten years in cannabis research to the organization.
Our mission is to advance unbiased real-world evidence research related to cannabis, in order to inform and educate key stakeholders, patients, and the general public.

The Cannabis Center of Excellence, in collaboration with Patients for Safe Access Oklahoma, Synergistic Cannabis Consulting, researchers, laboratory professionals, industry stakeholders, and patient advocates, today released the 2026 Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Research Studies and Program Report. The report provides one of the most comprehensive research, public health, and policy analyses of Oklahoma’s medical marijuana program to date.
